Booksigning
Oct 18, 2008 - CaRWA presented a very special workshop with REBECCA YORK, the bestselling and award-winning author of 115 novels of romantic suspense and paranormal fiction. The previous afternoon, CaRWA hosted a booksigning at the Dalhousie Station, 5005 Dalhousie Dr NW, Calgary, Alberta, T3A 5R8, Canada.

Carolyne Aarsen
June 2008, Harlequin Love Inspired and Warner Faith author, Carolyne Aarsen, travelled to Toronto where she attended the Word Guild conference, a Canadian Christian Writing organization. She won first place in the romance writing category, toured the Harlequin offices, and did television, radio, and newspaper interviews. Below is a photo of Carolyne on stage accepting her award. The man in the corner of the picture is the official Voice of the Toronto Raptors. And in the background is the cover of Carolyne's wonderful book, ALL IN ONE PLACE.

April 2008 - CaRWA President Vivi Anna attended the RT Convention (with CaRWA buddies Jade Buchanan and Lauren Hawkeye) and sat on the authors panel with JR Ward and Caridad Pinero.

December 6, 2007 - During the annual Christmas meeting, hosted by CJ Carmichael, CaRWA members welcomed special guest Eve Silver, Kensington author and CaRWA 2006 Conference speaker, who offered her workshop LEARNING TO JUGGLE: HOW TO MANAGE MULTIPLE PUBLISHERS, GENRES, AND NAMES.
