Register now!

For the session on Humour, Kristan will read and discuss excerpts submitted by brave attendees. If you are interested in submitting, make sure to choose YES in the form below. Submitting doesn't guarantee yours will be read, as spots are limited.

The excerpts must be submitted by Friday, April 27. If you choose YES on the form, we'll contact you with instructions on where and how to send them in.

  • This is especially important if you want your pseudonym and not your legal name on your nametag!
  • Want to have a one-page humourous excerpt read aloud and reviewed? If you choose YES we'll send instructions closer to the workshop date on how to submit. LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE. We cannot guarantee that all submissions will be read aloud.
  • If we have time after the interactive session in the afternoon, we'll have a Q&A. Send us your question!
  • Gluten free, dairy free, nut free, vegetarian/vegan, etc. -- we will do our best to accommodate.
  • Mobility or access issues, etc.
  • By consenting, I understand that my name (the one provided for my nametag) and/or photograph may be used in a wide variety of promotional materials, including but not limited to: newsletters, flyers, posters, brochures, advertisements, fundraising letters, annual reports, press kits and other submissions to journalists, websites, social networking sites, and other print and digital communications.
